In Windows 11, Paint is updated to include layers.
If you don't have Windows 11, try Paint.NET since I use it for editing images, but you can use it for art too. Also it's free.

My friend showed me the paint layer update. it was pretty cool. i also tried paint.net, pretty cool software. thanks for the tips :D
